A mortgage pre-approval is an important step in the home buying process and I can help you out.  I can help with your financial strategy, your mortgage amount, down payment amount, purchase price and give you an overall idea of what you can realistically afford.

I will advise you about the documentation (income confirmation, down payment confirmation, etc.) you'll need to supply upon conditional approval of your mortgage. Any conditions must be met for your mortgage to be fully approved. Pre-approvals are subject to your continued good credit and are usually good for 60, 90 or 120 days depending on the lender.

My process is to be very document "heavy" in the early stages of the application.  I do this to make sure I have a clear and accurate picture of your financial health, so that I can determine which lender and product is exactly right for your needs.  I want your lender pre-approval to be accurate, so you know exactly how much money you have to make offers.  Once I have fully reviewed your income, credit, source of down payment and any other information that is relevant and you have been pre-approved by a lender, I will package this information into an easily understandable format and I will update this for you, specific to every property MLS listing you are considering making an offer on.
